Q: Favorite place for dinner right now?

Just went to ATLA the other night and reminded myself how much I love it. Itโ€™s the perfect place for dinner in the summer, super casual, and great drinks.

Q: How did you get an entry to the NYC marathon? Did you do the drawing?

My dad has been running the NYC marathon for years, so I have been lucky enough to have help from one of his friends to get entry. With that being said, I enter the lottery every year, because it makes the process a lot easier! Unfortunately, the past two years I did not get in via the drawing but got in this year - so you never know!

Q: Thoughts on Sakara? Can you give me a brief review about it?

Hi! So i have mixed feelings: I prefer making my own food, and have always been weird about prepped meal plans -- but people love it! I am actually about to try it again, so I think I might be able to do a more thorough review once I give it another shot? I promise to post my thoughts! x

Q: Jw, why do you not weigh yourself?

I had a really bad relationship with weight/scale a few years ago and since, decided that it personally is not the most healthy way to gauge how I feel about myself. People have placed this really bad stigma on the idea that the less you weigh, the more "fit" or "skinny" you are, and this is just not true at all. I like to approach being fit now by how I feel mentally and physically -- not by what a number on a scale tells me -- but this is just a personal preference! :)

Q:  I'm running a 1/2 marathon (yay!) & i need to find a sports bra that's comfy/light but also supportive enough to get me through! any recommendations?

Amazing - congrats, how exciting!!! And yes, this is my absolute favorite bra for running long distances. I ran the marathon in it last year and it is amazing because of the cut. Definitely recommend, but happy to link other options if you're not feeling this one!

Q: How do I keep the freshman 15 off?

I don't think there's one way to do this/one method that works for everyone. I will say that one thing that I wish I would have done differently my Freshman year of college was establish a routine early on. I should have been more firm about waking up and getting my workout in before having a full day, going to sleep at a reasonable hour, and not late night snacking!! I think these are the things that will get you!! Also, maybe check out my "Feel Good Plan" as a good guideline? For some people, it really helps!! I hope this was helpful! :)

Q: Hi Jamie! I LOVE your travel pictures and was wondering if you and your family make travel itineraries before your trips? It looks like you really know how to maximize your time!!

Hi!! Thank you!! We don't ever really have itineraries but definitely plan where we go to eat, etc. beforehand. We also tend to travel to places a lot that we have been to before so this always helps to edit down where we want to go.
