Q: What is your weekly workout schedule like?
As a lot of you have probably noticed, I haven’t been running recently due to an injury that has had me out for almost 2 months now. Not being able to run has been very strange and I’ve had to really adjust my regiment to make sure that I have been getting enough exercise in. Currently, I have been restricted to the recumbent bike which I do 6 days a week for anywhere between 25 minutes to 1hr. I have taken a lot of time during this running break to strengthen my upper body, core, and back of my legs. Every other day I do an arm routine, abs, and small circuit (within the range of mobility that I can do). I actually feel more fit than I have in a long time, even though  I haven’t been able to run! It’s all about finding the right balance and listening to your body. With that being said, you know your body best - and if you need to step it up then go for it!
