Q: How do you eat healthy in college?
tip 1: cook if you can/have the opportunity to do so!! this way you can control the ingredients you are consuming
tip 2: stick to a "real foods" policy, which means no processed foods or things that come out of a package: think lots of veggies, rice, meat, etc. It's okay to cheat on the weekends, but I think generally sticking to this goal makes a huge difference
tip 3: start your day with lemon water: it gets your metabolism going and detoxes your body
tip 4: avoid late night snacking!! I feel like this is where a lot of people go wrong, especially after going out at night.
