Q: Do you prefer cardio or strength training? (if you could only do one, what would it be)
Cardio, definitely. However, since I've been injured the only cardio I have been able to do has been the recumbent bike. As a result, I've taken so much time to do a lot of strength training and feel such a difference in the way my body feels and looks. I am actually really excited to get back to running because I feel the most in strong that I have in a long time.
