Hi! Thank you for the kind words <3 I really don't like putting markers on weight because it can easily get out of hand, especially in the world we live in today. With that being said, I ALWAYS suggest running to people who are trying to get in shape fast and see results almost immediately. Of course, you need to couple this with the "right" type of eating (hint hint: my "Feel Good Plan") and I think you will be really happy with how you feel!
